To schedule your appointment, please contact us via text at 216-200-8071 after completing the payment plan. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid losing your $100 deposit or payment. Only (1) rescheduled appointment is accepted with at least 48hr notice. 
• No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit any payments made.
• Refunds are not available for completed services.
