Brensha “Shay” Searcy is the owner of Be Browed Etcetera Studio & Academy and the Founder & School Director of The Ohio Institute of Permanent Makeup—Ohio’s first and only state-accredited PMU school. She is also an AAM Board Certified Diamond Trainer approved by the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). With a BSc in Biology and Chemistry and extensive advanced certifications, Shay brings both science and artistry to every client she serves.

Her expertise spans brow artistry, lip blush and neutralization, permanent eyeliner, scar and stretchmark camouflage, and restorative tattooing—all delivered with a commitment to precision, safety, and care. Known for her warm approach, Shay ensures every client feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their transformation.
